Mod tools and two official mods will also be released to all users, in addition to the source code of the Convent mod as an example. You can review the in-progress modder’s documentation here. While incomplete and in need of proofreading, the modder’s documentation covers most of what you need to know to start making most kinds of mods. If you plan to try your hand at making mods, join the discord server to chat with me and (hopefully) other modders for help, support, and ideas!

As part of receiving mod support, the free edition will also ship with the in-game console accessible (a feature that has previously only been accessible in the patron edition), which can be used to run certain commands and code, and help modders test out their mods.

I plan to create a tag of some sort for mods to be released here on Itch.io, but I don’t plan to make any sort of official hosting platform for these mods, at least not at this early stage.
