You need potions called inseminals. You can start with them if you choose the right option. You can buy them from wicked Pam as well. You will also eventually unlock them as you level up your alchemy.
Maybe the best way though is to visit the fertility clinic in uptown. If you don’t have any inseminals in your inventory, you can ask the doctor at the fertility clinic to give you some.
After giving birth the first time, you’ll ublock traits that you can purchase that allow you to get pregnant without the potions.
The story is very engaging,the characters are well written and the progression is addicting, loved it. I wish the text was bigger and that the scenes were put on focus, specially the ones from the quests.
Iv never used joiplay before but when i try and make it run this game none of the pictures load at all none. Any idea how to fix this i assume im doing somthing wrong?
Well, it’s not the same system as Hex, SS is a lot more one dimensional. There are more options but all they really do is varying amounts of self v partner pleasure. There are some nuances like critical pleasure chances being higher for moves that are “service” tagged and stuff, but it’s not as refined. Still, maybe some tips or hints could be good.

I’m fine with people reporting this stuff, it’s actually good and helpful since it lets me address it, casually accusing me of a crime is what provoked the response I gave, which I don’t even think was rude in that context, but you are entitled to your opinion. I also think speculating half-cocked as to what happened and how and how certain you are the game was definitely compromised was a bit annoying, but people do that, it’s normal to trust your virus software. It really was the accusation for me.
If I am the source of this malware, that would be a crime, not just a breach of ethics or something. It’s something I would never do. It’s not impossible a dependency I use could be infected with malware, though I am extremely careful to scan my code base when I update anything. I would never purposefully create or distribute malware. I take safety, security, and data privacy extremely seriously, and I take my responsibility as a guest running code on your computer extremely seriously. I think even the suggestion that I decided to add malware to my game is damaging to my reputation, especially if this had been the top comment for any length of time.
Microsoft sure isn’t helping things with their lazy, sloppy virus defs, but this isn’t even the first time one virus software or another has given a version of this game a false positive, it actually has happened a few times. However, this is the first time anyone has ever suggested I am creating or distributing malware on purpose.
You can get a machine translation of the game when playing the browser version on most modern browsers. Browsers differ, but generally, you can right click and find a Translate to <system language> option. Depending again on the browser, once you use this option, you can typically select another supported language other than your current system language if necessary.
Machine translations are obviously not going to be ideal or even accurate, depending on the language, but it may provide a better experience for you. For browsers that don’t natively support translation, you can usually get an extension of some kind.
There are a few differences. For one, mod support works differently in the browser version, and only mods hosted on the Internet can be loaded (a few of the bigger mods are available on my personal website, so can still be used). The browser version also just performs a little worse and takes longer to load and such. That said, I think it’s worth playing what’s more comfortable for you.

No. The online web version is fine for mobile users imo, I wouldn’t even recommend JoiPlay unless you have limited data or something. Just be sure to back up your saves on mobile and I think the web version is fine. All JoiPlay does is spin up a Chrome webview without the UI stuff to run the game locally, the only difference really is whether you can get online to play the game.
You should be able to, yes. You can save to/load from disk, though, to be safe. I believe when you install the update, any saves and settings should automatically transfer over to the new version, but I haven’t tested this extensively on JoiPlay.
There is no meter or indicator. The game will warn you if you are going to have an emergency soon, and the option to pee won’t show up if you don’t have to.
The downloads work fine for me, this could be a connection issue on your end or a problem with the CDN Itch.io uses in your part of the world. Either way, chances are you’ll just need to try again later.

Where is a fullscreen option listed? I did experiment with including one, but it never made it into any released version of the game. It’s not in the patron edition either.
There is no fullscreen mode, but you can use F11 in most browsers. On the PC version, the best you can do is maximizing the window. This is a feature in the Hex version of the engine. I may backport it, but it’s low on my priority list.

The cunning potion is just to get in. You probably already found the ledger, see if it’s in your inventory. You probably just were clicking through quickly and missed it, but when you find the ledger the game tells you that you need to take it to Carol. Then after that you’ll go back and confront Wimbol in person.

Check your inventory to see if you have the ledger. If so, go show it to Carol! You may have missed the scene where she finds the ledger, like clicking through screens quickly and missed it, and it doesn’t show up in the journal, which I should fix sometime.
There are potions called lacticals you can make and use on yourself or female NPCs via potion magic. You can unlock the recipe by leveling your alchemy skill (e.g., by making potions). You can also buy breast milk from the market.
Right now, the player can only be impregnated by vaginal or anal encounters, so any creampie that happens outside the encounter system can’t result in pregnancy. That includes futanari sex, but also stuff like group sex, or sex in the stocks won’t work. I might fix this in the future if I can think of a way to that isn’t a TON of work.

As painstakingly detailed in the provided wiki page, you have a chance to get pregnant (a fairly big one, but still its not guaranteed) when creampied during an encounter after using an inseminal.

It seems I've come across a bug during the Flashback story with Captain Rais, where it flashes back to where the protagonist is young and just lost her dad, the name appears as "Tamar" but the name keeps randomly changing with "#", "@", and "$"s, but I had my characters name set to "Lily"? Not sure what I did to cause it, I only have the Convent mod which is an official one.
Yeah I figured out what happened, I apparently had to do the flashback events in a certain order, I'd visit the father's grave first instead of last, and that caused it to loop, so going back to do the bar, the walk, then the graveyard fixed it
I thought you said the bug was the name was Tamar. The order of doing events has nothing to do with progressing the flashback (at least it’s not supposed to). You just have to do 3/4 of the available events, I believe.

The name is supposed to show up like that. Reloading the game shouldn’t change that. If it did, that would be the bug. As I explained, the name you give her is an alias. Also there should be no loop, it’s just how the game works, you spend a few days living the character’s old life before moving on.

Could it be possible to romance several partners (like, a polyamourous relationship)? You could have some characters be uninterested for that kind of relationship if the coding for them specifically is difficult.

Commissioning someone to create outfits for the 3D version then implementing them would take a lot of time and I don’t think it’s worth it. The 3D models also aren’t layered, they’re discreet images so I’d need to render out each outfit with each level of filth. I don’t have a really good solution to that.
Never say never, but it’s very unlikely. SS is almost complete as it is. Massive undertakings to either set of artwork at this stage will probably never happen. Most people also use the 2D art, so if I do decide to undertake a project of this scale, I’d probably focus my efforts there :/

Nah, having the transition is good: so one knows that a flashback is starting or ending. Maybe just not that Slenderman-ish xD. The real problem was how sudden it sounded
Yes, but you need to use the Save to disk and Load from disk options to transfer over individual save files. In fact, all save files between all versions and editions of the game should be compatible, the only thing you can’t do is downgrade (saves from v0.14 aren’t compatible with v0.11 of the game, for example).
During the Life Coach request, no "special offer" option is appearing when trying to set up shop. Playing 64-bit v0.13.; still in Chapter 1; journal says "[Life Coach] Sell potions at the market and select Carol as a "special offer."" Have found no way to progress quest.
Also, have encountered frequent bugs with selling potions, wherein sold potions weren't properly deducted from inventory -- most of the time, unsold ones would just be lost to the aether, but occasionally fewer-than-were-actually-sold would be deducted (including having one of an item and yet keeping it after selling it). Keeping the potions-for-sale to a small number (~3) tended to avoid this issue. Really bizarre.

Apparently the game requires you to unlock one of the other special offers first because I nested the code incorrectly. You should see the option once you unlock the “True Whore” perk, which is related to exhibitionism. Or you can wait for the update tomorrow.

I’ve heard reports of bugs like this but I have been unable to reproduce them myself. I suspect it may be a visual bug; like the game is reporting the wrong potions as sold/not sold, but the actual money earned is correct. I’m still trying to reproduce this with consistency though, it seems to work fine for me with any number of potions. I am looking into it though.

How do you clean a toilet in the tavern? I have tried all the options in the tavern and can't figure out how you are supposed to clean one.

Or you can wait for the update tomorrow.I’ve heard reports of bugs like this but I have been unable to reproduce them myself. I suspect it may be a visual bug; like the game is reporting the wrong potions as sold/not sold, but the actual money earned is correct. I’m still trying to reproduce this with consistency though, it seems to work fine for me with any number of potions. I am looking into it though.
Hey! I believe both of these bugs have been fixed! Thank you for reporting them. Your info about the selling bug only seeming to effect large selling lists wound up leading me to the bug! Thanks!
